Liz Mac has been passionately sharing Nia joy in the San Francisco Bay area since 2002.  She provides a dynamic, balancing & invigorating, whole-body movement experience. She loves to connect with others and her enthusiasm for movement has an infectious effect on those who attend her classes.

Liz is also a pioneer in bringing the Nia practice into hundreds of children's lives by offering free to the public classes, with the generous support of 1st 5 California and the Contra Costa County's public libraries.   Local offerings of  "Music, Movement and Me" are fun for all to attend. Look into children's programs offered FREE through Martinez Adult Education Center and Contra Costa Library System(ccclib.org).

Liz has also brought Nia into the pool -- ah yes!

Liz has a BA from CSUChico and is a full time mom of two dancing/musical/athletic boys.

Liz resides in Lafayette, California, but may be available to teach wherever you wish!  Feel free to just ask!  Liz has taught at a 50th birthday party and it was INCREDIBLE!!!  Liz's private movement coaching and classes are sensational.  Be sure to visit the NiaNow.com events postings as she always has something incredible to attend. 

In 2010, Liz through a Nia Jam raised over $2400 for earthquake releif in Haiti, and in 2012, raised oveer $600 for Contra Costa County's Save Mt. Diablo Foundation in celebration of earth day.
