I have been teaching Nia since 1995. At that time I moved to Boston after living in upstate New York for most of my adult life. It was through my Nia practise that I was able to open my mind to all of lifes possibilities rather than limiting my mind, body and spirit to what was safe and familiar. I am also a psychotherapist in private practise and have incorporated Nia in to my work with individuals,groups and workshops that teach self healing and self love. Nia has also been the source of my closest friends. Through movement and opening my heart I have grown to love myself inside and out.
