Adrianne teaches Nia at private studios and gyms in and around the Boston area as well as conducting workshops in Provence, France. She has a Ph.D in psychological and medical anthropology. Her expertise includes, ballet, modern and jazz, as well as theater. In addition to focusing her Nia practice on teaching students with a variety of medical and psychological conditions, she has extended her outreach to pioneer the importance of bringing Nia to the transgender population. Adrianne brings exuberance, warmth and creativity to all her classes, but most importantly, a deep respect for the uniqueness and authenticity of each individual. The idea of transformation has been thematic of her life and work and Nia continues to be a catalyst for the most profound and joyous change!
