Since my first Nia class in March 2005, I've been on an amazing journey that has transformed my body, mind, and spirit! I lost 120 pounds and cured myself of all my aches and pains, from "bad" knees to reflux to asthma!  I have learned to live more in the moment, experience gratitude, and cultivate joy.  In May 2009 I took my White Belt training so that I could more fully share this joy with others. I followed with my Green Belt in 2010 and my Blue Belt in September 2010.  My highest aspiration is to hold space for all of us in our personal dances of self-discovery and growth.
