Growing up in Saint Petersburg, Russia in an athletic family and being submerged in the finest Russian ballet and opera my creative mind was consistently looking for something special to satisfy my body, emotional and spiritual thirst. After training and competitions on the gymnastic team, performing in the folk dancing group, learning choreography in a ballet school, dancing whenever I heard music, punching and kicking my younger brother to find precision, experiencing different fitness programs, reading scientific books about healthy body-mind-emotional-spiritual relationships, and sharing all those goodies with everyone; I finally discovered Nia which united all of my life experiences and skills instantly.
NOW I AM: continuously dancing through my life with Nia guidance, being grateful to my marvelous Nia teachers, honored by being a part of the Nia Community, and being blessed by my students. Come and share Nia Feast with me!
