Dancing has always been my passion. I found Nia after my West Coast Swing instructor mentioned Nia. I took my first class and knew I had found what I was searching for and what my body needed. I cried tears of Joy! The freedom of expression within my body and spirit letting my body lead the way, I felt sexy, relaxed and totally satisfied having found a way of movement that heals the body mind and spirit.
