Live…. Love…. Laugh….

My love affair with Nia began in 2008 when I experienced my first white belt training in Melbourne Australia.

Having been born with a love of dance in my soul, I was guided to a professional dance career within Australia and overseas. Also, to share my love of dance by teaching at my own dance studio on the East Coast for 16 years. Although I could already physically move well, Nia has guided me to seek that place of authenticity within myself, where I now experience a freedom with movement which had previously been somewhat restricted, due to my professional training.

Nia came to my life during a time of great need for healing.  After graduating as a Nia White Belt I clearly remember thinking how incredible Spirit is to have guided me to a new facet of my passion - one where healing (on many levels) was so natural.
Each time I embrace Nia, I feel the purity and simplicity of BEing in the moment, where nothing else matters. It’s like going to a secret haven/ sanctuary. This creates such an internal joy which just bubbles forth and we find ourselves smiling and laughing as we move with the routines. Laughter is definitely medicine to body & spirit.  Every Nia class is a sensation-al time of clearing and healing all manner of things, in a very fun way.

My personal healing journey led me to becoming a qualified massage therapist working intuitively with energy for life.
I’ve experienced and learnt so much, and now assist others who wish to experience optimal health and wellness.

I am very excited to be introducing Nia to Western Australia and look forward to sharing this amazing technique with all who seek intergrated fitness of body, mind and spirit. And to those who wish to feel the fulfilment of BEing in Sync with life and all that is.
