Hello there,

I am a visual artist, public school art teacher and Nia instructor in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin.  I have been a ceritified White Belt Instructor since 2008 and teach Nia at Zensations Spa.  Zensations is located on the corner of East Grand and 8th Street above Tresse's Salon. We offer a variety of fitness/health promotion classes and spa treatments in an relaxing, intimate environment.  I also practice yoga, meditation and enjoy whole foods. I decided to become a Nia instructor because it is the first exercise form I found so very fun and effective while also healing to the mind, body and spirit... I'm hooked and love sharing it with others in my community.
