What can I say?  I LOVE Nia...I love the air she brings me when I dance. I love the lessons she teaches. And, I love the joy she and I bring to others when I teach.

• A Nia Instructor also trained in Wu Shu & Shaolin Kung Fu.  At 28, I became a AAA Intermediate Women’s Martial Arts Champion.
• A Nia Blue Belt Teacher: Green Belt Certified
• A wife of nearly 20 years and a mother of three girls. 
• A US and Israeli citizen.
