Nia has been a regular part of my life since October 2007.  Soon after, I decided to pursue teaching Nia.  I was part of Helen Terry's White Belt class of January 2009 in Colorado Springs, CO.  I was then fortunate enough to take both my Green Belt and Blue Belt Intensive Trainings with Carlos AyaRosas in May 2010 and September 2010, respectively.  Nia is a precious gift that has been passed on to me by others.  I look forward to passing this precious gift on every time I teach and dance.
