~*I found and fell in love with Nia in South Florida several years ago. My body instantly fell in sync with the unique form of fitness and begged to move this way after a few classes. So I listened, and attended classes regularly for two years. I then had the pleasure of teaching it for about two years, and now am thrilled to be teaching back home in Arizona!
