Annmarie is an energetic Nia White Belt instructor. With a lifelong passion for dance and music, she brings a diverse background to include ballet, tap, jazz as well as competitive ballroom dancing. As a practicing occupational therapist, Annmarie embraces the Nia philosophy of movement to promote health. She has recently relocated to southern New Hampshire and looks forward to sharing Nia with everyone on the North Shore and in southern NH!
