Dance and movement have always been an integral part of my life - for expression, meditation and joy. I’ve taught Israeli folk dancing for many years and practiced Tai chi and other types of dance. When I discovered Nia in January 2011 I realized it combined everything I love to do in one neat package and that it offers both self-healing and the opportunity to guide others in their own journeys to health and well-being. I completed my White Belt in June 2011 with Casey Bernstein and returned to her Center in Albany in April 2013 to obtain my Blue Belt. I teach classic Nia and plan to teach adapted Nia for seniors and other special populations. Come share Nia with us in Montreal!
