I fell in love with NIA from the first moment I moved it!  I couldn't get enough of the energy, self care and passion this work embodies. That first experience of Nia was enough to set me on a path of both personal and professional discovery. Nia creates a space in which it is possible to 'switch off' from some of the pressures of everyday life and experience a high-powered, energizing work-out that will inspire you to love your body and love your life.

In addition to my Nia training, I am a certified Ageless Grace® Educator, CPR certified, and have completed Reiki I & II Training.

My desire is to share all I have in any and every place I can.  Come dance with me.
