Hello!

When I walked into my first Nia class in 2000 I was hit with the instant realisation that this was something I not only had to do, but had to teach!

I took my White Belt training with Carlos Rosas in January 2003, and so began a life-changing journey.

A Brown Belt since 2006, I now teach in my home-town of London, as well as in Spain and Greece.

From being a marketing specialist and then academic, I have become a holistic well-being specialist, doing what i love every day.

I'm experiencd in leading classes, retreats and workshops in all kinds of setting, including adapted classes for addicts in recovery and women affected by breast cancer.

Students tell me they love my warmth, playfulness, sensitivty, knowledge and musical connoiseurship.

My passion these days is to connect women with their bodies, their zest for life and awakened sexuality, both through Nia, and in combination with my other specialisations in Kundalini Yoga, Reiki healing, tantra and bodywork.
