I am currently pre training for the Green Belt Intensive

I my living room is my Dance Studio dance studio.

I started doing Nia classes here in Boulder August of 2009, I fell in love with Nia and was doing it as a cross training to my swimming which I had been doing on a team for twenty years. I found Nia increased my coordination and loosen up my almost frozen shoulder, this spring I was training for open water when I started suffering acute pain, Nia was my only relief.  During The White Belt Intensive in June of 2010 I decided it was time to take off some time from swimming, I now suffer low to no pain sensation in that most important joint. This August 2011 I will be taking the Green Belt Intensive.
