I discovered Nia hoping it would be the answer to what would give 'new life' and inspiration to my mundane workouts.  Four months later I became a Certified Nia Instructor. For me, the practice of Nia is one of shaping of self; a holistic approach to the wellness and nurturing of the body, mind, emotions and spirit. As an artist, writer and now a dancer and teacher, I have  found my way to integrate my creative journey through the dance of life.
