Dancing Nia always feels like coming home to my body, brings out my essence. After a NIA class I feel centered, clear and emotionally balanced. That is why I took the White Belt in May 2008 and I came back still with the same excitement for Blue Belt in August 2010. And the Brownbelt brought me even more self mastery. Dance to Heal!
