With over 15 years of marketing and communications under my belt, I've discovered to the world of Nia with excitement and dedication.  The Technique has shaped my life, opening creative visions and solutions through movement and miracles.  Residing between Charleston and Asheville, NC, I live with my beloved husband Matthew and our black cat, Kingly.  I am a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (2006-2007) and is a certified Holistic Health Counselor, and has a White Belt in Nia. I've donated my time to a number of projects, including the creation of the documentary film Fully Awake about the legendary arts school Black Mountain College, the launch of Museum of the American Cocktail in New Orleans, and championing CHERP (Community Hooked on East River Park).  Currently I own a marketing, communications and video production company called Danu Collaborative, and our current clients are in the fields in sustainability, the arts, education and food & drink.
