Nia!!!  There's not much in this world that makes me happier.  I've been dancing my way through life since I discovered Nia in 2001.  

Nia has transformed the way I move, the way I feel, my confidence, my body, my mind, and it is my pleasure to share the Joy I have when I dance with others.  

After many years in Houston, I now live in Aberdeen, Scotland.  I am starting a regular class in Aberdeen just after Easter (2013), and I am an occasional guest teacher at the amazing studio in Burntisland, Fife.  Please, let me know if you're interested in trying Nia in Aberdeen, and I'll keep you posted as I add classes and events!
