I discovered Nia® in Paris (02-2007) and I like to danse the 9 forms. I had difficulties with movement coordination and I did 5 stages every days. It's the reason why I had doing 5 stages of self healing training with Debby Rosas Steward in London. Every day Nia® give me joy and I think that my body, mind and spirit are now well together. In peace.
