Christina brings her lifetime experience and love of dance to her Nia practice and classes. Christina feels profoundly grateful to have found Nia, as a personal healing and physically creative outlet. She earned her white belt in 2004, blue belt in 2007, was certified as a Nia 5 Stages teacher in 2009. She seeks to learn, share and expand her creativity as a student of Nia and as a teacher. Christina teaches classes for all levels of fitness, adults, pre-school children, special needs and medically children. Christina is married to her dance and life partner, Bill Stewart, Black Belt Nia teacher. Together Christina and Bill founded and operate Spirit Moves Studio to offer Nia classes and give local Nia teachers a venue for sharing and growing together.
