I have been a group exercise instructor for almost 20 years. Most of what I was teaching seemed so stagnent...weight lifting, cycle and yoga. Nia gave me freedom and joy of movement. It allowed me to release the dancer trapped inside of me. I now bring Nia movement and principles into all of the classes that I teach.
