In 1998 at UC Berkeley, Nia slid into my life as if it had always belonged. Dancing barefoot weeknight evenings helped my mind, body and spirit gracefully flow through the ups and downs of university life. Ten years later I found Nia again at home in Santa Monica. Now as a Nia Teacher, choosing the Joy of movement, helps me to regain balance in moments of instability and to find ease in moments of chaos.
A self-diagnosed travel addict married to an amazing Frenchman, I love to explore the planet bringing Nia wherever I go.I hope to bring more classes to exotic locales, and I aim to bring an exotic feeling into my classes.I am an artist, a teacher and a great listener.
