I like things fun. I like things funky. So it came as no surprise that I liked, and eventually came to love, this fun and funky thing called Nia.

When I came to Nia, I was a non-dancer, in chronic pain, and struggling with weight and waiting. Through practicing Nia, I became a combined manifestation of presentness, power, pleasure, and purpose. Nia moved me and changed how I moved through the world. Now, I am a full-fledged joy-junkie. 

So, if you want to have fun, feel the funk, and juice-up on joy...come to a class. Nia moves and inspires me. It can do the same for you.
