Deborah Redfern, B.A., has studied ice skating, ballet, jazz and ballroom dance, and began teacher training in Iyengar Yoga. After becoming a certified in feng shui and space clearing in 2001, Deborah turned her attention to learning Therapeutic Touch, Reiki and T’ai Chi to learn more about moving energy with the body. She returned to her first love of dance and movement to music in 2009 through Nia and finally feels ‘home’ again.

Deborah teaches mindful living through the courses she writes in feng shui and lifestyle coaching; Nia is a natural extension of feng shui because our bodies are the only true home we reside in. We need to take care of our bodies on all levels: physically, emotionally, intellectually, and spiritually, but most of all, joyfully which is what Deborah loves to share about Nia.

Deborah loves to offer creative solutions to the adventures in Life and the interesting times we have navigating its challenges. Her philosophy is that change does not have to be heavy and serious but that joy, laughter and lightness are also paths to healing.
