In the mid 60s my mother performed on stage and I danced in the comfort of her womb. As soon as I could walk, I took ballet lessons. I danced almost everyday in my mother's studio and started teaching ballet, tap, jazz and acro in 1981. I matured into a young adult facinated by anatomy which lead me to excel as an X-Ray Tech. Adulthood arrived and I married my high school sweetheart and have marinated myself in his love for the past 28 years. Within 4 1/2 years I became a mother of 4 beautiful children. I longed for weddings and escapes to night clubs just to dance. Eventually, I found myself on a quest for SOMETHING. I didn't know what! In 1999 I discovered Nia and the most wonderful teacher, Judith Thompson. Nia has given me the playground and the tools which will allow me to dance until my last breath here on earth and throughout the universe forever. As a Certified Brown Belt Nia Teacher & Registered Yoga Teacher, I will continue my journey... DANCING THROUGH LIFE
