As a Wholistic Therapist my emphasis is on the Wholism of the Individual. The Integration of the Body, Heart, Mind and Spirit. Herbal Medicine is the oldest continuously practiced form of health care on the planet. Herbal medicine embraces the concept of 'wholism', an idea that suggests that each unit of living matter or reality is made up of unified wholes that are greater than the sum of parts. This view of the body is especially important in the treatment of illness.
Nia blesses and encompasses all of the above and enhances what follows below.
Hot and Cold Stone Massage Therapy goes beyond the physical experience of typical massage and enters deeper dimensions of relaxation, health and well being. The vascular gymnastics stimulate your circulatory and lymphatic systems and assists your body in self-healing.
Flower Essences - Emotional and Spiritual Evolution....it has been shown that many of our health concerns come from stress. With the use of flower essences we can fine tune which emotions we deal with. Flower essences tune into the etheric and emotional bodies of an indvidual by working with the etheric wiring of the body, such as the Chakra system.
Arc Bodywork - A Return to Consciousness - is a unique form of healing that blends energy balance, creative journeying and body-based dialogue. Healing begins with awareness. When we are aware, we create a space for healing and energy flows.
Iridology is a quick, accurate, non-invasive and painless way of analyzing health through the examination of the coloured part of the eye known as the iris. The iris is the mirror of the body and records the condition of various organs and tissues.
Nia completes what I am, what I practice….and as a Sacred Athlete - I pray we can restore our “whole” self.
Joy!
