Donna McGurk has been doing Nia since 1999 and teaching Nia since 2004. In 2009 she completed the 4th level of Nia Intensive training: the Black Belt. Donna's early background is with ballet and modern dance. Donna says about her Nia experience, "When I took my first Nia class it was like being reintroduced to my true self. It reminded me that moving my body can be joyful, not simply a discipline. The forgotten dancer in me awoke."
