My name is Dorit & I am the UK's resident Nia Technique White Belt Trainer.

I’m delighted to meet you here.

Nia is an expressive fitness programme that will guide you into Loving your Body and loving your Life. It is empowering, graceful, playful and tender and all this is packaged as a one hour fitness program.

Nia is a Mind Body Spirit dance that is a pathway to self knowing through the wisdom and intelligence of your body.

I was invited to become a trainer after bringing Nia to London and building the Nia London community of teachers. Over the past seven years over 53 of my own students have gone on to become teachers.

Before finding the Nia Technique I worked as an Opera Singer for my local house CAPAB in Cape Town as well as small Opera companies such as British Youth Opera in the UK.
