Since discovering Nia, my vision has been to integrate Nia with my degrees in Dance and Education to bring a healing experience to my students and those in my community. Nia has moved me to push myself beyond what I thought was possible physically, mentally and spiritually. I am the mother of an amazing young girl and have been blessed beyond measure with the love and support of an incredible community of family, friends, artists and creative geniuses in Portland and beyond.
