I danced my whole entire life. I danced for fun. A career in dance was not an option for me. While doing the baby thing, I found yoga and I started teaching yoga. I taught yoga with pleasureable movements flowing with the breaths. I loved it, my students loved it. Then I discovered NIA! It combines my love of dance, the happiness and joy from moving my body with healing intentions, and I absolutely love sharing it and teaching it to others. I am now a Nia Instructor, Yoga Instructor, and a Mom of teenagers. I am the happiest I have ever been.
