Now I Am a Nia White Belt Trainer. My intensives and classes are designed for writers, artists, teachers, and community leaders. You’ll learn how to access the power in your body to release your creativity, confidence, and awareness to find balance in your body and your life. At my first class, I had a great frustration that I could not move with the freedom and pleasure of my teacher. I wanted to experience what she had in my body and spirit. I found and released my inner Sacred Athlete and dancer through my practice. So can you. Nia has been with me through major life transitions and relocations and I have found that the balance, flexibility, and strength I experience in Nia class moves out into the world with me and enhances my life. There is a community of Nia students and teachers waiting to welcome you into this life.
