Georgia Lee London, MA, D.CE. is a licensed marriage and family therapist, certified Nia teacher with a Blue Belt rating, a certified Life Coach with the Institute of Life Coach Training and a certified Holistic Health Counselor by the American Society of Alternative Therapists. One of her greatest loves in life is sharing the joy of movement with others. She enjoys motivating and inspiring people to achieve their self-care, wellness, and fitness goals. Georgia was delighted to discover Nia, a fitness form that was truly holistic with attention to the Body, Mind, Emotions, and Spirit. She has practiced Nia for 15 years. Georgia believes that Nia and Yoga were major healing contributions in her journey from Cancer illness to full Body wellness. She infuses her teaching with compassion, humor, understanding, and the wisdom of personal experience. Currently, Georgia has a Life Coach practice for Holistic Health and Wellness.
