One lesson which I took part in  captured my heart.  one moment concentrating all those old loves for music and movement. It was something deep, addictive dancing expresses releases.
For a moment I thought someone was listening to my inner voice and  invented NIA for me.
NIA came to my life in a time when I was looking for myself balance and inner peace.
As an interior designer I decided to take the creativity to other place.

Feb. 2010 I was trained by Ann Cristianson for my Blue Belt in Hamburg

Nia is a gift for me. NIA is  a way of life. Is the ability of expression, is released, daring, input and balance. Is connected to the body and femininity. Happiness to share this work with life, with others is great. Together to create space of energy. Barefoot reveal all the senses and move move move
