My passion to move has no boundaries! I have a desire to invite everyone to a playground of health and wellbeing.
As a person who loves to play, my life’s work has been engaging children to help them find joy in moving their bodies thru dance, gymnastics and everyday living.
Discovering Nia has added Awareness to my work and helped me discover that I love working with all ages and abilities.
As a lifelong Teacher, becoming a Trainer seemed a natural path; a way for me spread the word of how Nia can “Change your Body and Change Your Life” on a broader scale. I am also currently working on a Special Applications Program to train other Nia Instructors to work with children.
Playful movement is my passion -- and Nia is my conduit. The White Belt is an amazing transformational week, a true gift to your Self. I look forward to sharing this body of work with you!
