I am a person that loves to play. My life’s work has been engaging children to find joy in moving their bodies thru dance, gymnastics and everyday living. Discovering Nia added Awareness to my work, enriching all that I do. It also helped me discover that I love working with all ages and abilities. My passion to move has no boundaries; I have a desire to invite everyone to a playground of health and wellbeing.
Moving is my passion and Nia is my conduit. The White Belt is an amazing transformational week, a true gift to your self. I look forward to sharing this body of work with you!
