As a gerontologist, I offer exericse classes targeted to many needs of elders. Of all the disciplines I study, such as bone mineral density-building or yoga for seniors, Nia still offers a comprehensive class that covers all of the aspects of wellness. I still tell students in the other classes, that Nia is the top of the line. And that in Nia I found something I can do for the rest of my life.
I enjoy sharing Nia in the workshop setting as well as my regular classes in Eugene and Springfield, Oregon.
Nia has so much to offer those of us in the 2nd half of life: balance, stability, bone strength, conditioning, flexibility, joint comfort and mobility, agility that is both physical and emotional to face the challenges of life. Nia is providng me with a lifestyle of resilience that I can sustain. May I share it with you?
