My own discovery of Nia in 1989 was a revelation of the secrets of a healthy body, mind and spirit. I remain fascinated with the doorway Nia has opened empowering me to joyfully dance through life.To me teaching and sharing the joy of Nia movement cultivates human potential. I enjoy bringing to my classes a sense of wonder and excitement. Dance with  me in New York City at Equinox, YMCA of Greater NY and Upstate New York. With a desire to bring Nia to those with specific needs, I have volunteered with groups such as; AIDS Service Center of Manhattan, The Transition Network, The Open Center's In Reach Program at Rivington House Hospital and Chelesa Senior Center. I am currently immersed in NGT....The Next Generation of Nia Trainers with white belt offerings on the horizon.
