Nia has been my passion since the night I first saw it. 

An angel must have led me to a new community center where I signed up for the class based on just the discription.  I have loved it ever since and have been teaching since 2005.

I love to teach all ages and levels of ability and really stress moving "your way".  My students range from 13 to 90 and we all have fun.
