When I discovered Nia, my inner Dancer was released with Joy!!
Free dancing to music is one of my earliest childhood memories, so finding Nia, felt like coming home! I became an instructor to spread my love & joy of Nia to others.
I am a passionate Private Pilot and enjoy traveling the country, creating flying adventures with my co-pilot husband in our Cirrus airplane.
Quilting is one of my many other passions.
Living inspired is a personal choice I make to stay present in the gift of each new day!
