Janice has been teaching Nia in the greater Boston area since 2004. "I came to Nia with experience in Yang style tai chi--long form, push hands, qi gong. The slow-flow grounded movements in my first Nia class spoke to my spirit and I have been dancing ever since. I love the way Nia invites my playful side to explore movement in energetic and healing ways. It is a joy to bring grace, balance and a connection to one's inner warrior in my classes."
