I’m a Blue Belt, Green Belt Certified, as of June 2011. I first took Nia in 2005 in New York, thoroughly enjoyed it and danced for years at various New York Sports Clubs, and was thrilled to find local Nia classes when I moved here to Colorado.

In Nia, I find an amazing blend of all my past interests: dance, martial arts, kickboxing, stage combat, theatre, improv, yoga, and more. Plus, it offers me a sense of community that I truly love.

With Nia, I seek to help bring stories into being. I believe I can do this through life, through my work, and through Nia. I look forward to sharing my joy in Nia with others, and by doing so, thanking those that have opened this life to me.
