My introduction to Nia was effortless - three weeks after coming to the United States, my sister brought me to a class and I couldn't believe my eyes, ears and heart! From that moment, Nia became foundational in my life. I took the White Belt Training one year later and progressively taught more and more classes in the Ventura area of Southern California, where I now own my own Nia Center - Ventura Nia Center. First Nia based center in Southern California, founded in 2004.

Devoted to bringing Nia to the community here in Ventura and surrounding coutnies, we provide 9 public classes per week - all on a drop-in basis. I also teach three classes per week to ARC - Association for Retarded Citizens. I teach to people who have had seizures and or strokes. Individualone-on-one classes are also avilable upon request.
