My Nia journey began when I 'accidentally' stumbled into a Nia class at a local yoga studio.  The yoga class had been cancelled - Nia was the only class that fit into my schedule and of course I wanted to use my class card for something.  I loved it!  After that first class, I went straight home, found NiaNow, ordered the Nia Technique book and started travelling my Nia path.

Currenty I am taking a break from teaching classes and I am available to sub and for special events.
