I am in love with Nia because it invites me to be creative, playful and honest and allows me to get a damn good workout at the same time!

Nia encourages me to live from a place of pleasure and balance. It takes me out of my mind and into my body and senses. There, I connect with my essence and soul.

With Nia, I can explore and express all the colours of my rainbow: my softness and sensuality, my toughness and tyranny, my generosity and joy, my centeredness and chaos, my playfulness and power.

For now, I am a guest artist and teacher in The Netherlands every chance I get and organize Nia classes for my family and friends as I travel around the world to visit them.  I look forward to sharing my passion, energy and humor with you!
