From the first day I set foot in a Nia class, I was hooked. I danced my way through 2 pregnancies in 3 years and Nia helped to keep me sane and energized, despite having no sleep! About a year after my 2nd daughter was born I decided to challenge and treat myself to a 40th birthday gift - The White Belt Intensive. I had no intentions of teaching when I went into it. I needed something that was ALL MINE - something that nurtured me. By the end of the training I felt convinced that I wanted to share the joy of Nia with others. Simply put, it's the most fun I've ever had exercising. I now have my Brown Belt and am continue to love spreading the joy of Nia around the Boston community! I am an Executive & Life Coach (Certified Ontological Coach) with an M.Ed. in Adult Development. I work with women of all ages helping them craft a life filled with passion, purpose and play.
