Hi! I'm a Black Belt-level certified Nia instructor and also certified to teach the Nia 5 Stages program. 

I LOVE sharing Nia, and teach at various OC locations. I'm also the webmistress for www.ocnia.com, where you can find info on Nia classes & events in the OC.  Currently, we have Nia classes in Newport Beach, Tustin & Seal Beach. Nia is growing in OC, and has so much to offer people of all ages and fitness levels. Come dance with us!
