I was thrilled when I took my first Nia class! Having experimented with many movement forms and healing techniques, I never dreamed I would find a class that incorporated everything I loved and more. The variety of play is endless. Nia's emphasis on understanding and nurturing body, mind, spirit and emotion was exactly what I had been looking for: A holistic approach to exercise. Plus, it's loads of fun!
