I love the way Nia incorporates the best of music, martial arts, dance and healing arts into its own unique fitness technique.  I use to mountain bike a lot.  I still bike occasionally but just to sniff some flowers.  I much prefer taking or teaching a Nia class.  I'm over pounding my body senseless, when I can get better results from an experience that doesn't even feel like exercise.  Oh, and yes, I consider exercise a dirty word!
